This investment, in addition to doubling its production capacity, is the starting point for a new IT and management development, enabling the implementation of concepts that usually belong to much more complex industrial realities:
LIVE TRACEABILITY
Traceability has become a must for dialogue with many industries. CFI has just introduced an innovative production management system, which is now being tracked in real time through a proprietary APP on Android phones.
Our traceability and traceability system, which in the past has been one of our strengths recognized by the market, is therefore enriched with a new tool that allows us to drastically cut down on the time of data collection, and new algorithms allow us to automatically connect to the single event, all the required technical and process documentation.
LEAN PRODUCTION
Starting in October 2016, the CFI was involved in a project to implement the Lean production principles, aimed at improving production flows and reducing waste.
This activity was also re-confirmed for 2017 in order to continue streamlining flows within the processes and to increase the skills of the working team.
INTEGRATED SYSTEM
From the beginning of 2016, CFI operates an Integrated Quality-Safety-Environment Management System (SGI) compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 – UNI EN ISO 14001: 2004 – OHSAS 18001: 2007 standards, certified by Certiquality (Accredia accredited).
Continuous monitoring and improvement activity continued in 2016 and it was decided to launch activities for the transition to a new standard for UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 and UNI EN ISO 14001: 2015 by July 2017.
CFI products are exported throughout the European market, in the Balkans, North Africa and the Middle East.
Thanks to the consolidated partnership with the major players in the industrial conditioning and refrigeration market, CFI can boast of being present directly or indirectly in some of the most prestigious buildings in the world.
